To utilize my potential and experience in SAP HR and Core HRMS to enable organizations to address critical issues in implementing and administering complete ERP integrations. Looking for an assignment where my HR functional experience, Business Analysis and Communication skills will contribute to the overall success of the client organization in their SAP Implementation.
Professional Experience:
Experience in end to end implementations & study state support of SAP HR Application across variety of industries including within the Oil & Gas, Telecom & Government sectors.
Over all 12.5 Years of SAP HCM Implementation Projects experience with multiple implementations assignment with 4 end to end life cycle especially in Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), Personnel Administration (PA), Org Management (OM), Travel Management, Sap query and Reports Development,HRIS AND Authorization.
Experience Overview:
Completed 5 full life cycle implementation of SAP R/3 system. Involved in configuration, user training and workshop, documentation, go-live, data migration and post go-live support. Delivered SAP solution at 20 project sites. Knowledge of project management, implementation methodologies and understanding of Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Payroll Accounting, time Management, Travel Management, Organizational Management, SAP reporting using SAP Query and Data Migration. Moreover I also involved documentation for SAP HCM as well as SAP Financials and also designed trainer manuals.
