Balpreet has proven track record across varied roles & responsibilities including Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, Program Management, Pre Sales/ Solutioning & Resource Management. Balpreet has built & Mentored cross functional teams, with experience of handling teams of varied sizes (including handling a team of more than 100).

Having handled many critical roles at RIL, Balpreet is currently working as Business Relationship Mgr - Enterprise Applications with focus on Digital Strategy and its Implementation for Petchem Business. Earlier at RIL, he was Program Manager for Petrochemical business track on a multi-year Business Transformation Program at RIL (5 Yr long)
Prior to RIL, Balpreet handled roles of Project Manager, Expert Consultant on critical assignments. He has extensive exposure across the globe in industries like Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Paints, Metals Automotive, Hi Tech, FMCG/CPG for clients like Saudi Aramco, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Novelis, First Solar, Unilever, Danone & Mahindra & Mahindra
Before pursuing MBA, as Project Engineer with BOC India Ltd., Balpreet was a key member of the team managing technical and financial bids for various projects.
Earlier, Balpreet also had a brief stint of entrepreneurship into career counselling / education.
