• Technical experience of 10+ years including overseas experience to handle the Operation Maintenance/ Projects division related challenges in Mining Process Plant, Sulphuric Acid plant , Automobile, heavy machinery manufacturing, Plastic Extrusion Process industries and metal recycling plants.
• B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with vital Experience in Project and Maintenance systems, all type Mechanical installation in Green Field Projects, Brown Field Projects.
• Have successfully completed Copper Leaching process plant, with all package Ball Mill 40 TPH, Thickeners, CCD, SX, Electro winning.
• Have successfully completed Sulphuric acid plant 200 TPD. With all package Structures, Piping, Ducting, Tanks in house fabrication, Equipment commissioning Convertor, Boiler, Blower , DT, IPAT, FAT towers, Hot heat exchanger, Cold heat exchanger, Economizer, Sulphur furnace , Sulphur Filter, Alkali scrubber, Turbine 2 MW, Cooling Towers, DM/RO plant erection and commissioning, Maintenance.
• Visited Trumpf India Pvt. Ltd. PUNE & handled successfully LASER cutting technology transfer from Germany to India.
• Visited NASH ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION LTD, NASIC (MUMBAI). For new installation, commissioning development at NASH ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION LTD, NASIC (MUMBAI) (10 days). Training included Accord full Model change Machine inspection, Parameter setting for Different-2 materials.
• Excellent command on Utilities and Maintenance systems to lead the team of successful completion of project and to achieve highest OEE of machines.
• Visited Ethiopia (Africa) for new installation and commissioning of plastic Recycling/Granular cutting machine and parameter setting w.r.t different grades of material in plastic.
• Handling a team of 6 Engineers and 92 Technicians and to support the production as well Projects.
