Create and maintain end-user documentation such as user guides, training guides, installation guides, configuration specification documents and so on.
• Plan, estimate and strategize documentation work effectively. Coordinate and monitor all products' documentation within SPU.
• Plan for documentation improvement on a continuous basis.
• Acquire information for documentation by using pre-release software, reading functional specifications, and interviewing subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with the development and testing teams.
• Create and maintain documentation templates, style guide, and source.
