Presently working as Asst. Manager (Environment Management Department) from 2nd June 2011 onward at NALWA STEEL AND POWER LTD. (A O.P. Jindal Group of Company), Taraimal, Gharghoda road, Raigarh, Chattishgarh. Involved in Environmental monitoring and analysis of water parameters, laboratory in-charge, handling of different instruments, solid and hazardous waste management, horticulture, plant housekeeping, operation of STP, ETP, WTP, IMS documentation, legal compliance, i-comply fulfillment. Certified Internal auditor of ISO for Jindal Group, EIA report preparation, communicating to govt. bodies like State and Central Pollution Control Board, MoEF.


As a Chemist / Analyst from 13.10.2003 to 30.06.2004 in Eco- Care Laboratory.Specialized House on Environmental Pollution Monitoring & Analysis, Kumarpur,Dist-Burdwan (W.B.) (Recognized lab of WBPCB). Having knowledge of analysis of Drinking water, Effluent water & different type of air parameters.

Worked as Jr. Executive (Chemist) from 11.09.2006 to 30.05.2011 at MITRA S.K.PVT.LTD, (74/B A.J.C Bose road, Kolkata-700016, W.B.) Analytical Laboratory, ISO: 9001:2000 certified & NABL accredited & WBPCB, MOEF, & BIS recognized Company. Involved on Air Quality Monitoring of Kolkata & Howrah project (A Project under WBPCB & CPCB & NAMP) & also worked as a Project In-Charge of Stack Monitoring Project in Tata Chemicals Ltd (TCL) Haldia (WB) basically a Chemical & Fertilizer Plant. Have knowledge of analysis of different types of parameters like SPM, RPM, SO2, NO2, NH3, SO3, Acid mist, Gaseous Fluoride, Particulate Fluoride, Total Fluoride, was involved in involved in air pollution monitoring, sampling, analysis, report preparation, also done EIA report, consultancy etc. Also worked as Project In-Charge at NSPCL (NTPC–SAIL Power.

Area of interest :

Different type of Industries, Effluent Treatment Plant, Air, Water & various Pollution Monitoring & Management, Project related work, Environmental Consultancy, EIA, Documentation of Integrity Management System (IMS). Have interest and also experience in R&D regarding different measurements of air parameters, water etc.
