• Responsible for work closely with Samsung MNC Telecom Vendors regarding product quality issues & development.
• Responsible for Quality material dispatch to Reliance JIO (RJIL) on PAN India Project.
• Responsible for Independent final stage Inspection (PDI) activities.
• Faults Analyzing, its root cause & to ensure full Poka- yoke process.
• Responsible for Quality Process Mapping encompassing WI, IQC, OQC.
• Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, CAPA, Gauge R&R, Cp, Cpk, PDI, Process Vendor Audit, &7QC Tools.
• Carrying out 5S, Poke-Yoke & Kaizen activities for continuous improvement.
• Issue Non- Conformance Reports (NCR) on works that deviates standards & design specifications.
• Responsible for inspection of Samsung Telecom Product like RRU Power cable, Optical Fiber Cable Connectorization Assembly& Other RF Cables & IM KIT Materials.
• Knowledge on Fiber optic Passive products and solutions like CPRI Cable Assembly, Optical Patch Cord.
• Responsible for Quality Check of Optical Fiber Cable Assembly indoor & Outdoor.
• Knowledge of Fiber Cable functional test like IL/RL, Interferometer (Geometry) Test, End Face Test, Air Leakage.
• Knowledge of polishing stage of Connectors like LC, SC, FC, UPC & APC.
• Knowledge of Connectorization and Curing Oven, Cleaving of Fiber with diamond Cutter.
• Knowledge of different fiber cable like Single Mode & Multi mode & their Wavelength.
• Having Knowledge of functional test for Power Cables like CR, IR, Harness test, H.V, Flammability, Cold Shrink Test, Cold bend test, etc.
• Responsible for Correct delivery of Product as per the planned schedule and Customer Purchase order.
• Experience in Working on projects with Reliance Jio, Vodafone, and Indus Tower.
