A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, I bring with me more than 20 years of experience in wide range of domains like, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting, Financial & Internal Control, Audit, Statutory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Implementing ERP and BI systems, providing commercial and legal support to business transactions. Finally, I am very hands-on with operations and have been working as a partner of CEO and Business Heads to drive and improve business performance.

I have experience in Manufacturing, Retail, F&B and Trading (mainly in FMCG Sector) and have worked in India, Nepal, Srilanka, Africa, Europe and currently in Dubai.
