Roles & Responsibilities:
Post Quantity Surveyor: For Ongoing Projects.
 Preparing monthly billing with site measurement takeoff sheet, related Highlights drawing, IR’s and Material at Site details with proper documentation submit to main contractor/consultant.
 Follow-up for the certification & payment.
 Attending meeting with contractor/consultant/client to update the variations and billing substances.
 Quantity Take off and check the Contract BOQ Quantity as per issue of Construction Drawing, Cross Check the tender queries/Observations, technical specification and Contracts details to identify the project forecasted value.
 Preparing variation for additional / omission Quantity and new / missing items estimation along with break-up, related quotations, approved highlighted drawing - variation scope and supporting document with time period for execution.
 Identify the dispute work and claim.
 Monitoring the procument material log (Stock ledger) Over-run cost control.
 Coordinating with concern Contracts/QS manager, Planning Engineer, Construction/Project managers and site monitoring executing work along with approved drawing any deviation / RFI / Site Instruction / Engineer Instruction request from consultant /client for Variation notices.
 Sub Contract Bill preparation & certification of work progress bases and maintain the log for subcontracts certification.
 Preparing Reconciliation finding the wastage of material.
 Preparing forecast/Anticipated Expectation value of ongoing project Reports Monthly.
 Preparing monthly commercial reports ,updated cash flow, dashboard reports to HO
 Maintaining the proper filing records and logs for future process.
 Preparing Final Account after completion as per ASBUILT of project
 Guiding and supervising the assistant QS’s.
 Knowledge of FIDIC and follow the commercial contracts procedure.
