Manage processing & packaging planning, preparation of shift report, inventory, audit and MIS. Proper utilization of manpower, energy, resources & consumables. Inspection of warehouse,storage, safety and security of stock materials. Cost analysis, trading, export, vendor & clients management, rate negotiation, material delivery, business development, transport & logistics etc. Repair & maintenance of processing, packaging & material handling machinery. Preparation of SOP as per guidelines of TQM(ISO Consultancy) for activity and its implementation.
