Currently working as the Superintendent & Head of Refinery Projects at Saudi Aramco Sinopec Refining Company Ltd in Yanbu Saudi Arabia.

Typically manages multiple projects types related to Capex & Opex Projects which include new major and minor plant modifications and revamp projects from $2MM-$500MMUSD. Oversees Scope Development, Project Execution Plans, Design Base Memorandums, Design and development of new concepts, Issue for Construction Packages (IFC), Technical Bid Evaluation & Contract Administration, Cost Estimation & Budget Management. Procurement of long lead items. Vendor & Contractor Management.

Well skilled in all stages of Project management, from conceptualization, economic evaluation and Front End Engineering Design (FEED), through detailed plant design, construction, commissioning, start-up, and debottlenecking. Excellent knowledge and application of industrial codes and standard.
