I am at present working in the Field of Social & Environment Impact Assessment. I am NABET (CatA) qualified as FAE for Socio-economic & Landuse Expert haviing 6-7 years of experinece in EIA & Social projects. I am self-motivated; energetic with dynamic leadership qualities for building up team spirit and common consensus, imparting technical knowledge of the subject matter, doing monitoring and evaluation, in doing multi task assignment simultaneously. My good communication skill helps to connect easily with the opposite person/s and in ultimate helps me to get the desire information from them.
My seven years of’ experience has provided me with an opportunity to explore various competitive environment and to deal with various personalities from time to time. My experience has also given me a chance to explore different projects with broader spectrum viz., to achieve short and long term operational goals and objectives of programs; translate complex or technical concepts into compelling message for various internal and external audience; planning, coordination, resource mobilization, ability to deal diversified stakeholders at various level in cross-functional management team; and liasioning with Government and voluntary agencies.
