My current portfolio - Involved in setting up online grocery business in Delhi - NCR and West India region including whole Maharashtra and MP (worked in pre-opening team). Taking care of seller tie -ups / bringing sellers on portal with best prices. Making strategies for price control, enhancing margins from sellers and increasing sales from online market place.
