Improving quality of service of product is my passion. Journey to discover, keep the passion ignited in
itself is very free flowing and yet very conscious driven. I had consciously chosen the professional field
of Value Chain which has given me maximum exposure to a multitude of personalities to work on.
During the journey, I have so far covered many organizations at West Bengal-India, meeting and gaining
perspectives from people with diverse backgrounds. It is more than 6 plus years since I embarked on
the journey of my career in Service. I designed and worked on many challenging projects without
repetition. Many certifications such as a DCA / DCIM and PGDSCM have come along the way to join my
journey towards excellence. Developing and deploying projects with measurable business results have
given me a much needed boost. Working with teams gave me needed dynamics and energy.
My bag has: Curiosity, Change and Challenge and thus RESULTS! My constant companion right from my
school days till date: Trying New, Learning, Success and great outcomes.
My learning’s: Knowing the self is the start of the exploration that continues till the end.
I travel with: All those who want to find excellence in their work and contribute to the race. My tool kits
(Specialties): From extreme Financial and Value Chain, Setting-up smooth function (Supply Chain,
Logistics, Operation management to hi-potentials and succession plan), Global strategy formulation
and Import –Export. I enjoy strategy formulation for group of people practice, being Change Enabler,
Designing, Learning new things, being in that "uncomfortable" /thriving zone.
