I am an experienced HR Professional with above 2 yrs of experience seeking a suitable role in the HR department. My extensive experience in IT & Non IT Recruiting and Staffing along with the other HR activities and with my educational background, make me an ideal candidate for the suitable HR position.
Much of my previous work experience has been in IT & Non IT Recruiting, Solid understanding of the Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving Sourcing, Identifying, Screening, Interviewing, Formatting and placing personnel as per clients need and was also involved in the Core HR activities such as Training , Performance report, Salary Negotiation.
My extensive education background, a Master’s degree in Personnel Management, with a PGDM Diploma in Marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management will help me add new perspectives and ideals to the company.
