Am basically an Environmental Microbiologist with 24 yrs. experience in R&D and Business Development of microbial formulations for solid and liquid waste management. Apart from that development of microbial based bio-fertilizers and organic pesticides is another expertise I hold. Of late I have been developing probiotics for Aqua Farms and Fisheries.
Development of odour control agents for STPs and ETPs is another area of my expertise.
I'm particularly interested in this opening / position, which relates strongly to my nearly 22 years of experience in Research & Development and Business Development.

As Director - R&D and Business Development with High Performance Products Industries Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position of Top Management. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following:

• Stellar role in spearheading Research & Development activities involving setting up, calibrating, etc. for Microbial based bio fertilizer, bioremediation of industrial waste and bioconversion of municipal Solid waste to organic rich manure
• Proficient in developing the scalable processes from laboratory to commercial scale at manufacturing site within given cost, accuracy, quality & time parameter
• Demonstrated abilities in promoting the concept of bioconversion / bioremediation / bio-treatment of any kind of wastes through the use of potential biological systems

Hands on experience with Waste water treatment project’s technical and financial appraisals with financial institutions, technical consultancy to Project Owners and Developer's, hand holding of the client while negotiation with the contractor, Finalization of the Contracts, Site Services during construction, completion and commissioning phase, O&M review support for the advisory services for the performance enhancement and troubleshooting etc,
