• In 2015-2016 oversee 9 projects for development of metro, infrastructure, airport in KSA with Governments funding and 2008-2015-60 infrastructure, water, waste water, highway projects across EEUR&CIS –WB& EU funded.
• Ensured delivery of 100 % accurate financial closure for 60 European and 9 KSA projects.
• Completely overhauled the accounting/finance/treasury/insurance/taxation/risk control mechanisms at Louis Berger in Saudi & European Division and thereby reduced costs with 6%, increased cash flow (200%), improved bank balances (180%) optimized fix assets utilization with 20 % and reduced monthly financial closure from 20 to 9 days.

• Lead the implementation of ERP-Deltek Cost Point system in 9 countries with Louis Berger, including additional reporting tools : Cognos, Qlick View, TESS, trial balance for project controllers, CPx( budgeting system) TM1( consolidation of divisional budgets),bid reporting system.
• Optimized bid pricing methodology resulting in increase of profitable projects with 20 %.
• Conducted Transfer pricing implementation in Romania.
