10 years of IT Industry experience in manual testing across multiple Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) project locations; Chennai, Denver, USA (Qwest Communications Inc.) & Chattanooga, TN, Eden Prairie, MN & Sunrise, FL (Cigna Corporation). During these period, I was responsible for analysing the work from functional and technical perspectives, managing, coordinating, planning and executing the projects for Cigna. Also ensured corrective actions with respect to causal analysis, tracking and mitigating the risks.

Lately involved in the SA initiative and Technical Services stream where I've learned and groomed team towards Business Analyst roles and learn and trained resources on job scheduling tool UC4 (currently Automic) equivalent to CA7 & ESP. Recently handled 3 migration projects end to end simultaneously and delivered a quality product with excellence and on time.
1) UC4 migration - A top to bottom UC4 job scheduler related project where the necessities of updating the newer version of job scheduler and cleaning up of UNIX shell scripts was adequate
2) SQR migration - A back-end migration project where the older version of SQR had to be replaced with the latest one without impacting the current functionalities.
3) Forms migration - A front-end migration project where the 10g version of the Forms had to be migrated to the 11g version without impacting the current functionalities and features which the business users are routinely used to.
