I bring with me over 28 years of progressive experience in skilfully managing production & control room panel operations (on-shore and off-shore) in the oil & gas industry. Working in prestigious oil & gas companies in India and Middle East has honed my abilities in pre-commissioning, commissioning, routine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various systems and processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Essayed a key role in executing start up and shut down of various plants and vessels without any incidents. Owing to my sound technical competence, I was deputed to IPCL Nagothane, for their Poly Propylene and Poly ethylene plant commissioning. Planned and executed preventive, predictive & shut down activities to minimize downtime and production losses. With an eye for detail and sound analytical abilities, I am able to identify, manage and mitigate risks as per ALARP guidelines. Skilled at ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation & record keeping. An astute trouble shooter, I have skilfully resolved and de bottlenecked various plant problems.
Worked with people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds, and instilled a sense of ownership and accountability. I have managed simultaneously occurring conflicting priorities.
