• Operations Manager offering 25 years of experience in : Port Operations, Jetty
Operations, Shipping Agency Operations, Radio Operations, D.A. Processing, Branch Handling, Stevedoring, Coal handling, Container handling, Vessel/Barges/Bulk, Break Bulk Cargo Handling Operations, Rail, Road, Yard Handling, Managements & Transport Operations at the Finalization level.

• Send P.D.A. to the clients.
• Attend Port Meeting with Port for planning of vessel berthing-un-berthing. Manage all Export/ Import Cargo Handling Operation of all type of cargo.
• Filing VCN/IGM/EGM, arranging Sign co-ordinate with the Master of the vessel for vessel`s requirements, filing shipping bills, arranging PHO clearance, deal with Port Officers , Customs, Immigrations, PHO, Billing & collection of Payments etc.

• Manage cargo operation & Stevedoring of all type of cargo for Export- Import. Experience in the handling of Containers, bulk & break bulk commodities through Mechanically & Manually.

• Monitor Lighter age operation from anchorage to Jetty, quick turnaround of barges.
• Check/review new vessel declaration.
• Check cargo details and documents and coordinate with the Port Stevedoring Departments. Prepare Stowage/Stevedoring Operations plan and issue to Stevedoring Supervisors. Monitor Vessel Stevedoring operations and take necessary corrective actions. Follow up ensure uninterrupted vessel operations. Monitor daily loading/discharging rates and vessel performance. Monitor Manpower, Labor, Equipment, uses. Supervise stevedore supervisor during shift when there is excess load on supervisors.
• Also familiar with different type of Jetty Operations, vessels, Yard, Road/Rail transportation, handling of rake loading/un-loading dealing with rail officers, yard, and storage, Cargo handling, Stevedoring & Manpower management.
• Achieve knowledge & Experience in planning and action, accountability in Vessels berthing-sailing Planning & formalities, Cargo handling, Stevedoring operation, and Manpower management, cargo handling equipment’s, Rail/Road transportation and cost involved in cargo Import-Export.

• "SAFETY FIRST" is a task on my daily operational routine. Make sure that all safety masseurs have been properly taken on each and every point of operation and every person are using PPE in operation activities. Under my supervision NIL ACCIDENT has been taken place.
• As per job given to me by clients, I have shown more commitment and follow through on the task. Here in understanding the key rolls pertaining to ongoing operation, projects and accordingly planning of the same. Subsequently plan and deploy cost efficient cargo handling equipment’s, labor gang, supervisors etc. for the execution of the job taken on hand. Cost efficient deployment of Mechanical Handling Equipment, Labor gangs in a manner where my esteemed company could gain.
