o To supervise the Danway Instrument Contractors daily activities and to support them to get more progress by giving more technical help, whenever it’s required.

• Description: Worked for Al-Hosn Gas (World Largest Sulphur Recovery Plant- Capacity 10KMTPD) for their Commissioning, Startup, Instrumentation related Quality Control on Dodsal Instrumentation Construction Team.

o Job including all Instrumentation Commissioning related activities for Sulphur Recovery. (Unit 0751/0752/0753/0754).
o Provided Plant Operation Support for starting up the plant, Documentation, Co-ordination between Operation & Instrumentation Team as well as Vendors, to perform smooth commissioning activities for start up the World Largest SRU Plant.

• Description: I was worked for the M/s. Qatar National Facility Services, for their Maintenance Contract with Qatar Shell GTL, Qatar, Instrumentation related QC work on CCC-Mecon Instrument Construction Team.
• Responsibilities:
o To carry out Instrument Protective Functions on Running plant- Fire & Gas, calibrations, validation, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance.
o In world's largest GTL plant, Process Area & Analyzer Houses. Plan daily activities, as per 14 days SAP-CMMS plan with Daily Corrective Maintenance.
o Plan has to be executed, according to the daily manpower & resources availability. Co-ordinate with Shell Instrument Supervisor, E&I Coordinator, Process Team, Operation Staff, Permit to Work Team.
o Following Instruments were used in Fire & Gas Protective Areas in GTL & Analyzer Houses:-
 Line Of Sight, (LOS) Detector, Make- Dragger Make- Polytron Pulsar Model.
 Co, IR, NH 3 , H 2 S, H 2 detectors- Dragger Make-Polytron 2Xp & Ir Models.
