I am looking for a challenging position where my skills, experience and educational qualifications will be of value to a dynamic organization offering a good opportunity. I am working in the Security field for the last 16 years.

I worked in KSA from 1995 till 1998 and I started my carrier in UAE along with Emirates Security Services (2002 till 2008) and from 2008 till 2016 I am working along with Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarkets LLC.(Carrefour) and my last position was Assistant Safety & Security / Loss Prevention Manager. Daily basis directly and indirectly I am dealing with 600 Direct employees, more than 1000 indirect employees (Merchandisers & Promoters) and thousands of customers from different nationalities for problem solving and other issues.

Primary function of a Loss Prevention / Security Manager is to protect company assets and improves profitability by developing and implementing security and safety programs for employees and customers. Minimize the financial losses related to theft, vandalism, accident and injury. This position requires the ability to develop ways to detect safety issues and security violations, and to put programs in place to prevent repeat occurrences. Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with store and law enforcement personnel. Conduct Loss & Waste committee meeting along with all Commercial Department Heads, Finance Manager, Receiving Manager, BC Manager, CCO Manager, District Finance Manager, District Safety & Security / Loss Prevention Manager and GM after each inventory to analyze the reason for the high shrinkage & waste and prepare action plan to prevent shrinkage and communicate the minutes of the meeting and action plan within store level and Head Office and implement the action plan to prevent and minimizing the financial losses due to shrinkage and waste.

I have a good knowledge in the Loss Prevention Policies, Safety & Security Procedures, Investigation, CCTV, Intrusion System, Firefighting equipment’s. I am a good trainer and conducting regular training for Managers, Supervisors, Stockers, Security Staff, Merchandisers and Promoters for Induction, Fire & Safety, Shrinkage, Bomb Alert and Strapping & Tagging.
