 I Was part in designing regional and divisional process optimisation initiatives as required.
 Significantly took part in implementation of SOPs, formats and in use.
 Deployed advanced quality tools & upgrading production capability to maintain food safety plan, HACCP and auditing as per FSSAI guidelines.
 Overseen CCPs, OPRPS & PRPS on its effective implementation.
 Active participation in TPM (Total Productive Management). Under the TPM I lead the various project such as Extract loss, losses in packaging, RMPM losses, Minor stoppages losses,
 I also work in PQ Pillar as an active member.
 I am the representative for HSE from my department. I contribute to make the RA (Risk assessment) for quality process.
 Standardisation and application of modern practices for initiating problem solving technique - 5 why Analysis & using UPS, DAS, OPL’s, Fish bone tools
 Successfully rolled out First S of 5S in the company and implemented in the lab.
 Actively involved in:
o Taking corrective actions taken for Quality deviations.
o Improvising RM and PM quality thereby reducing their losses at time of process.
o Commissioning & validation of new equipment
 Obtained Certification of ISO-22000-FSMS, LSS.
 Instrumental in conducting market complaint analysis and supported Packaging to identify and resolve market related issues.
 Functioned as a
o Lead of the QA team in absence of QAM.
o Qualified Taster.
