I am Lead BI Governance and Quality Assurance at Ufone-PTML with more than ten years of experience in Service Delivery, DevOps Support, Data Analysis and Reporting, Vendor Management, IT Audits, Governance and Quality Assurance. Associated with Telecom operators for the last five years; have managed business analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, post production support and governance for DWH-BI projects.
Most recently, I am part of commission in Ufone-PTML for evaluation and selection of Big Data and Advanced Analytics solution and its integration into existing BI landscape. Part of my job is to liaise with different technology vendors in monitoring and evaluation of their support with respect to business and organizational KPIs, lead internal and external Audits for Business Intelligence function of Ufone, assist Ufone PMO function in planning, reporting and governance of BI projects, assist Procurement in managing purchase requests, budget plans and capacity management for BI and DWH assets, liaise with Finance, Marketing and Sales functions to gather requirements for BI projects, negotiate Services, draft, monitor, measure and report SLAs with business stakeholders, OLAs with vendors and UCs with technology teams.
My previous experience with Etisalat included Interconnect, Data warehousing and Business Intelligence Application support, vendor management and Audits facilitation for critical business KPIs. Before Etisalat, I worked as professional services consultant with Teradata and had supported managed services for retail, banking and telco clients of Teradata. I had a chance to travel Far East, Europe and Middle East to support onshore offshore outsourcing transitions during my experience with Teradata.
I have Bachelors in Software Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology and i am Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL V3.0 and Teradata certified professional.
