1. Manage all aspects of HR.
2. Conduct Training for the company's Employees (Ethic Training, Respect for individuals, performance appraisal and others)
3. Recruit new employees as follows:
- Receive requests form the hiring managers.
- Receive and screen resumes
- Forward resumes of qualified candidates for the hiring managers for
review
- Schedule interviews
- Conduct Interview with hiring managers
- Prepare employment contracts for the new hires
- Conduct HR new hire for the orientation for the new employees
4. Receive and process benefits claims
5. Receive employees' relation complaints
6. Work with employees and manager in resolving employee relation
7. Follow up with the National HR manager and inform of any updates
8. Monitor and review the system of annual performance appraisal for the
employees and provide the necessary information for the managers and the
employees as it relates to the performance appraisal, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner and followed up.
9. General office work and support activities in the HR Department.
