Experience Summary:


• Lead and manage electrical & instrument team, supervise all activities related to testing commissioning and cable lying scheduling of electrical equipment.
• Supervise/Provide Technical Support/Instructions for Maintenance and troubleshooting of MV and LV Switch gear installed at Power house , Sub-Stations, MV and LV Motors, Transformer, Fire Alarm System, Energy Analyzers, VFD, Soft Starters, Control Circuit of Hoist Crane and other Electrical equipment.
• Supervise the workshop activities like motor overhauling up to 2.5MW at site, Transformer overhauling up to 2000kVA & commissioned up to 10MVA. Generator overhauling up to 12MVA. Repair/overhauling of OCB, VCB, SF6, Air CB, Vacuum contactors, air break contactors.
• Relay testing with secondary injection set and supervise installation testing and commissioning activities as per consultant designee and specification of electrical system.
• Troubleshooting of PLC system fault through leader logic. Hands on and good fault tracing experience at all measuring and controlling instruments i.e. RTD, level and flow transmitters & controllers, pneumatic controlled shut off valves, MOV.
• Lead and ensure the compliance of HSE Policies and procedures with maintenance activities by utilization of JSA, Risk assessment, PTW and regular audits.
• Conduct analysis of maintenance histories/downtime problems and investigate to determine the manpower/equipment required for particular situation considering the cost limitations.
