A Civil Engineer by qualification, complimented with a total work experience of 20 years in the Construction Industry. Out of which I have more than 15 years of exhaustive experience specifically related to setting up of QMS & its subsequent successful implementation across varied forms of industries. As far as my Career Highlights are concerned-I am a Certified Lead Auditor from IRCA for 9001 2015 & IEMA for the 14001 std ) . I possess a reasonably good expertise in setting up Management systems for EPCM & other Industrial Sectors . I have been working as an integral team member for Compiling Technical Bids, Conducting Contract Risk assessments followed by its subsequent monitoring(PCRS™-IAFM). I have also been responsible for making Work Process Models for various Support Services & also for the Core Company Processes like Project Management (at both corporate as well as project levels).
