•Regularly visit our customers for their feedback, suggestions & future requirements.
• Prepare a plan for achievement of sales and objectives.
• Ensure to achieve the business and project targets.
• Ensuring the conversion of lab trials in industrial production of the products.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• To provide technical solutions against the queries of the customers in consultation with global
Technical experts.
• Provide the customers documentations as needed.
• Regular meet with formulation and R&D department to introduce innovative products.
• Ensure conversion of development projects to commercial business and monitor progress.
• Co-ordinate with customer service executive to ensure timely deliveries.
• Get continuous feedbacks from customers on service levels achieved.
• Collecting Market information and keep a sharp eye on the competitor’s movement.
• Work in ethics and integrity and develop new market with added values and satisfaction of Costumer & Provide new ideas.
