Battery & Battery Charger Sizing As Per IEEE 485 , Cable Sizing & voltage drop calculation , Control & LT Cable Scheduling, Preparation of Cable routing & Cable trench section Drawings As per IS 1255.
Preparation of Single line Diagram & layout of LT distribution system.
Cable tray sizing and its calculations,Air Conditioning Sizing (Heat Load Calculation), CFM (for Ventilation)
Preparation of Erection key Diagram, Rigid conductor cutting Schedule & release bus material Qty. (Conductor, Clamps & Connectors, Shield wire etc.) to execution team for Switchyard up to 400 kV.
IPS Tube clamps & connectors and their quantity.
Design & Estimation of Control room lighting, Switchyard lighting, Quarters & outdoor areas. Defining lux levels for each area as per IS 3646-1 for Interior & IS 1944-5 for public areas& NLC-2010. Using software for exact 3D simulation of the proposed fixtures through software like Relux, DIALux & CGLux with calculation sheets.
