• Commissioned Alkylation and hydrogenation unit of Petrochemical plant, on fast tract mode, with substantial cost saving
• Evaluation/identification of LNG and LPG unit best option before performing FEED & detail engineering
• Provided technical support to Refinery Alkylation unit (Conoco Phillip Technology), LPG Merox unit (UOP), MTBE unit, Dehydrogenation (Olefin tech by UOP), including Turnaround support
• Completion of process engineering and piping support for the fast track project with continuous interaction and coordination with various discipline and contractors, feeding client updates/changes to downstream discipline, to minimize design impact
• Participation in PFDs and P&ID review, HAZOP facilitation, Equipment layout, plot plan and 3D model reviews-suggested hydraulic changes to minimize pump horse power, ease of operation
• Conversant with simulation softwares like Aspen HYSYS V8.4, Pro-II, Aspen Flare System Analyzer (Flarenet), HTRI Xchanger Suite 7, Pipe net for utility network sizing
• Familiar with engineering related design practices and standards such as ANSI, ASME, API, NFPA and clients standards
• Carried out de-bottlenecking of petrochemical plants Linear Alkyl Benzene-UOP Technology for capacity enhancement; increased reliability and profitability.
