I am a mechanical engineer who has expert in oil & Gas projects by collecting more than 20 years working experiences in projects belong to Oil & Gas / Refinery & Petrochemical (Onshore / Offshore) such as the Olefin plant (520,000 tons of polymer grade Ethylene and 154,000 tons of polymer grade Propylene), LLDPE, LAB (50,000 t/y), Urea/ Ammonia plants (1200 tonne/day of ammonia and 2000 tonne/day of urea) and offshore platforms subsea pipelines…
In my career I was allocating on projects as Senior Pipe Stress Analysis Lead, as senior Piping Engineer Lead, as Project Engineer, as Deputy Engineering Manager and so on.
As Project Manager, I worked on offshore Field Development Project-Subsea Pipelines- with INTECSEA (Netherland) and onshore urea and ammonia plant with MW-Kellogg. I was in charge to chase of issues in the “MDL” main documents list” vs. project construction field requirements, chasing the TQ issued from construction site. I was responsible for checking and commenting of the joint venture and Vendor’s documents against project requirements and specifications. I was controlling the requisitions preparation and TBA checking and approval preparation.
As piping engineer Lead I had cooperating with major known companies (Linde Germany , TR Spain, MW Kellogg England and Technip France) for controlling the piping activities vs project schedule and piping design criteria’s i.e. ISOs and plans.
As Pipe stress analysis lead to control man-hour and manpower in project as well as stress reports preparation and doing the major stress files as senior pipe stress engineer.
Beside my career experience I could get familiarity with oil & gas codes and standards i.e. ASME, EN, PED and NEN as well as company’s documents and procedures. I could be expert in MS-office software i.e. spread sheet formulation in Excel.
