I have multi-field’s experience within international organizations for 23 years, I'm used to manage huge numbers of manpower of the projects as HR Director/Manager (white and blue collars) with excellent results and a lot of success stories, having the ability establish unify human resources system among the group of companies, to build up easily an very effective and successful team work and lead the team to inspire them. Through the project team, I'm one of the top management team and decisions makers.

In addition to my main role as HR Manager, I'm used to work in the capacity of Acting Operations Director/general manager reported to the owners/CEO, professional in the supervising and following up the achieved assigned targets from the area of; administration and legal affairs, distribution, finance, sales, warehouse, procurement, supply chain and represent the company with all the services provider's third parties, with a high quality of preparing budget related reports, policies & procedures, evaluating the performance level, identify the gaps areas which is demand further development, this is to ensure deliver the quality in all functions and to reach our business targets and goals with high performance level.
