Contract Management, Technocommercial Functions, Liaison, Audits for Civil / Construction Projects
in the Middle East, West Africa and India including design build projects. Expertise in executing
diverse projects for construction, of IT Parks ,monument structures, high rise buildings (48
floors), development, Fit out works, power plant and buildings, roads, industrial projects,
concrete rehabilitation works etc. Significant experiences of interacting with International
Organisations like the EMAR,JGC, Hill International, Mace international,sanderson groups etc. Well
versed with British Standards, ASTM, ACI, DIN;Expertise in swiftly ramping up projects with
competent cross-functional skills and on time execution. An enterprising leader with abilities in
leading motivated teams towards accomplishment of organisational goals.Also to take up the
responsibilities of a project operation Manager where my self can contribute efforts of progressive
