I have 10 Years’ Experience in a multinational Company (Vodafone).
While my journey in Vodafone I learned a lot of skills
I've learned how to maximize our customer experience in this was clearly acquired in Premium and Platinum team which was the most important area in Vodafone customer care which gain high level of revenue, we are considering this area as a school of customer experience.
I've led a team with 15 members and responsible to deliver all KPI's required and enhance their profiles
I’ve joined business solution team which interest in all technology and technicalities in Vodafone Solutions / products I’ve learned how to think logically, how to trouble shoot and downsizing any problem to find a solution
I've participated to launch Internet call center team through conducting training, creating work flow, model of activity, working as wizard, and working as second line
On my day to day work I already doing most of project management skills like attending UAT , creating work flow, communicating with vendor , checking the prices of competitor , changing the process enhance the products and more
