Accomplishments: I worked in Experimental cellar and performed experiments on different wine making styles. I did 25 experiments myself and more than 60 experiments with my superior. Also I had worked in distillery making and their different styles of Liquors and Distillate.

MAIN DUTIES IN WINERY-
- Assist in all aspects of Grape growing and Wine making.
- Assist in all functions/ processes in the cellar
- Harvest Time- Grape sampling
- Receiving and process grapes and do the complete preparation of white and red wine.
- Weigh chemicals; prepare yeast for red and white wine.
- Execute extraction of juice, its pump-overs and wine transfers to different tanks.
- Check wine when tanks have been pumped over, and then decide about further action.
- Control fermentation of red grapes until pressing.
- Supervise and keep control over pump work and filtration of wine.
- Take wine samples (tanks and barrels) and have analyses made.
- Taste wine on a regular basis.
- Bottling operation.
MAIN DUTIES IN BREWERY -
Set up of bottling and kegging lines for production runs
Operation of machines throughout production runs, with rotation of work stations.
Assist with the performance of production operations, CIP’s, and sanitation with strict adherence to SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
Perform basic maintenance tasks on packaging equipment, pumps, valves and tanks.
Assist in ensuring that all production areas are well maintained and cleaned to the highest standards
End of shift shut-down, CIP and sterilization of both bottle and keg packaging lines.
Bulk beer storage, racking, transfer and filtration, including the cleaning and sanitation of tanks, hoses & fittings.
General warehousing tasks, including loading and un-loading of vehicles.
Undertaking deliveries/ collections of beer as required.
Maintaining a high level of Health and Safety at all times.
Other duties as directed.
