I am 31 years experienced Civil/Infrastructure engineer specialized in the massive planning and design field under various international consulting firms and organizations in GCC and various countries of the world with a major expertise as follows:

Planning and Design Management of the various utility infrastructure projects from concept to tendering/operation stage. Specialist in Masterplanning and Detail Design in the field of Water Supply, Wastewater, Water Resources & Irrigation engineering, Drainage & Flood Mitigation, District Cooling, Hydraulic and Hydrologic modelling and various Utility system.

My Key management experience as follows:

• Design Review and Design Management of multidisciplinary teams.
• Extensive experience in Client Side/Consultant side as Team Leader/Design Manager/Principal Engineer (Water) in various Utility projects around the globe.
• Manage and drive multi-discipline project delivery, massive engagement with stakeholders and clients, familiarity and full understanding with their codes, standards and Practices.
• Extensive experience on design presentation, technical brief and value engineering options in the field of water, wastewater and various utility system design and management
• Very much familiar with water business issues in various countries and conversant with relevant stakeholder’s policies and practices
• Analytical expert on client Scope of work ,RFP evaluation, project Implementation and Execution plan
• Project Proposal, Tender Bidding, wide delivery of Infrastructure Package

With a strong technical skill and leadership back ground in Infrastructure Engineering field, I served my profession in a wide range of public and private sectors clients, managing and delivering a numerous projects in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Australia and Bangladesh

Currently I am working in Altorath International Engineering Consultants, Abu Dhabi as Head of Utilities, leading the design division of Water/Infrastructure Department and handling projects from concept to detailed design/tendering stage, managing project teams and multi-discipline project delivery, interfacing with clients, stakeholders, ensuring technical quality of deliverable, and managing programmes of deliverable.
