I have worked for the customer service industry for almost 3 years and right after I worked as online English teacher for Japanese which makes me fluent in the said language. In addition I worked for AT&T which happens to be one of the biggest telecommunications company in America where in we handled and resolved billing disputes, assisted them out with any technical issues and provided accurate information related to customer's inquiries. After 2 years of working in the company I was promoted to be a Subject Matter Expert I was responsible managing escalated calls quickly and efficiently. Then I resigned from my position for personal reasons and worked as an online English teacher for Japanese people from kids to adults where in we helped them in terms of enhancing their skills from grammar to pronunciation and vocabulary.
