• Forming change and configuration management procedures and processes. Developing the automation of build/Release process for Continuous Integration, developing strategy of branching, merging & baselining
• Owns the Build/Release management cycle including scheduling, coordinating and management of releases for the product across multiple platforms. Interface and communicate with managers, product teams and other cross functional teams across different locations
• Managing software projects that would help increase quality, mitigating risk by creating processes that are repeatable and predictable and reducing development costs for the same
• Communicating and providing release metrics, quality metrics and trends for executive management reports/ Senior Management and Business as required. CM tool administration, backup and disaster recovery management
• Controlling the operations for application configuration migration, facilitation of quality control and analysis, environment management, application patch management, Concurrent development, control the quality of releases
• Manage risks, perform root cause analysis using tools, resolve issues and motivate team members
• Providing various technical suggestions, solutions and troubleshooting assistance during development and deployment of various applications
• Participating and contributing to software improvements (products, processes, methods, tools), design inspection and code review and analysis process
