I am currently working as project controls manager in Hassan Allam Company in KSA.

My current responsibilities :

- Responsible for all Project Controls related functions including cost, schedule and document controls functions on the project are performed in accordance with the established Project Controls processes and procedures and good practice.
- Responsible Creating Projects Time Master Schedules Using MS Project 2010 / P 6.7
- Work with the Project Director and team members/various project departments for supervising development of Project Baseline Schedule.
- Communicate, clarify, and explain the Detailed Project Target Budgets to the relevant Department Managers and assist the Project Director in providing targets for procurement of Subcontracts/Subcontract Change Orders and purchasing of materials so as to meet the project budget.
- Manage and supervise development of Detailed Project Target Budget in line with the Project Target Budget issued by the management and in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and Standard Cost Codes for issue by Project Director to relevant Department Managers and HO Management.
- implementing the established Planning procedures and the client protocols in updating and analyzing progress and performance.
- Monitor project commitments, actual cost against the detailed project target Budget and analyze variances.
- Manage and supervise development of Detailed Project Target Budget in line with the Project Target Budget issued by the management and in accordance with the Project Execution Plan and Standard Cost Codes for issue by Project Director to relevant Department Managers and HO Management.
- Constantly monitor the compliance to the established Project Controls department procedures.
- Monitor compliance of Project Authority Matrices is being followed at site and review/sign off documents as per the Project Authority Matrix.
- Provides technical direction, training, day-to-day supervision and coaching to project assigned Project Controls personnel. Provide leadership/supervision to the planning, scheduling and cost control teams as necessary to meet internal and external customer requirements while adhering to the budget and schedule demands of the project.
- Communicate the budgets to various project groups/departments under P.D. leadership.
- Facilitate Project Director in managing Project Risks and taking actions to avoid or mitigate known risk. Manage Project Risk register and project contingency.
-Analyze and recommend improvements to make operational activities more cost effective.
- Supervise regular reports available to advise project management and HO management of any deviations or delays from original plan. Ensure project schedule stays ‘live’ at all time.
- Implement the change processes and procedures (Trend Management Procedure). Interface with Contracts for all Clients related Variations and advise Project Director on the impact assessment (Schedule/Cost) of any Trend to facilitate informed decision making process.
- Provide timely and accurate project performance analysis (schedule and cost performance) to the Project Director/Manager, Area Manager, Project Controls Division Manager and Construction Division Manager.
- As needs may arise, provide support to project and HO management with organizational and administrative activities, including non-routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling guidance analysis, and presentations.
- Interface with Project Controls functional department for reporting oversight and consistent application of procedures.
