• My roles is to mentor and support planning staff (5 multicultural Engineers), Interview and recommend candidates, review tender master schedules / subcontractor schedules, prepare baselines for in-hand projects, attend related meetings & communicate/negotiate with other stakeholders, follow-up and respond to related correspondences, prepare EOT claims in light of relevant contract clauses where applicable, and prepare overall reports for upper management.
