Project management & control responsibilities include development and implementation of Project Control
Systems and Management Information Systems, development of master, design, construction, procurement
and material submittal schedules, contingency planning, resource analysis, cost control techniques, cash
flow requirements and reporting. They also include contract administration through its main four items
(committed and budgeted contracts, shop drawing and submittals, requisitions and change management) by
means of good knowledge of FIDIC, International standards, contract conditions and latest computerized
project control software
