I am very interested in the position of SQL Server DBA and my qualifications match the requirements of this job perfectly. I have a bachelors degree in computer Engineering and three years of experience working as a SQL DBA where I gained valuable knowledge of database structures, practices, principles and theories. My experience also includes one year as .NET developer where my duties involved working with database applications, scripting and creating SQL for queries and views. I am familiar with reporting and query tools and practices, data processing and data management. Skills that help to qualify me for this position include having the ability to create technical documents and to convey information in a way that even non-technical personnel or users can understand. My personal abilities include having very strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and to make good sound decisions that benefit the company. I believe in working as a team to achieve the end results but my skills also include having the ability to stay focused and work efficiently when working alone. I am self-motivated, pay close attention to detail and have the ability to multitask to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
