I am looking at a senior position in Nursing Management that will utilize my Clinical and Administrative Skills in Nursing, Quality care and Patient Safety, Performance Improvement and International Accreditation experience.

I am widely regarded as a strong and supportive leader of multi-disciplinary teams, I am able to maintain high levels of morale, motivation and performance even in situations of intense pressure.
My focus is to promote safe patient care based on the IPSG, minimizing hospital stay, promoting quality of life and involvement of the patient and family in patient care outcomes. I see myself as a transformational leader focused on encouragement to all levels of staff to achieve higher standards by empowerment and shared governance. I believe in a happy work force and focus on staff well being, satisfaction and development as this impacts directly on Patient outcomes.
