I have over 14 years experience, including 12 years international experience in the Middle East in areas of civil project management & planning functions, presently seeking a role as Planning Engineer / Project Coordinator in a reputed firm. I have been worked as Planning Engineer with Al Habib & Co. LLC., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, where my responsibilities include undertaking multi million projects like townships, group-housing, shopping malls & commercial projects, monitoring project cost budgets, coordinating projects stages, documentation process, supervising teams, besides establishing & maintaining quality standard processes as per ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. My competencies include ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments, knowledge of latest software tools & technology including M.S. project & Primavera planning packages, expertise in construction of residential units such as villas, apartments, townhouses and related infrastructure works, handling internal as well as client correspondence, directing project operations, reducing costs, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
