Graduate Civil Engineer with an overall experience of more than nineteen years, out of which more than sixteen years is for working on interior finishing works for Five Star Hotel, High-End residences, Large Residential Projects, Luxury Mall, Hospital, Commercial Offices, Clubhouse and Auditorium. In addition to this the under signed has worked on Project Management for government projects, Repair & Rehabilitation projects and Computer applications. During execution of the above works was involved in project coordination, value engineering, design review, cost estimation, supervision of finishing works, maintaining quality and safety, quantity surveying and billing, preparation of progress reports and material management at site. I have rich experience of working in close coordination with the clients, national and international design consultants, contractors, national and international suppliers/ vendors and various other agencies involved in the project.
