• 3D visualization work includes walk through, Building Model Presentation, Still image rendering for interiors.
• Successfully completed the structural shop drawings approval from the consultant for OCEC project in a short period of time.
• Checking of all structural shop drawings for entire project, commenting and sending those to the sub-contractors for revision for final drawing for the submission to the consultant.
• Follow IFC drawings(Design Drawing), Architectural drawings and coordinating with Architect and MEP in case of any discrepancies for the proper site execution and coordinating with all disciplines like Architect, MEP, Steel, Precast and maintaining a cordial relationship.
• Good experience in checking and preparation of reinforcement design/detailed drawings.
• Complete study of the project, understanding the technical documents, contract drawings, engineer / client requirements and the relevant code.
• Coordinating / clarifying with site engineers and often visiting the site in case of any conflicts,
• Meeting the consultants to resolve queries, RFIs and for clarification of comments.
