Currently I manage The Audit Department of the company along with delegation process and product allocation & management. The role also includes reconciliation of accounts, preparing periodic MIS and sharing with the major stakeholders to facilitate decision making. I am also responsible for appraisal of Store managers, by evaluating them on different criteria’s. I even take care of the training process of SOPs to staff and management.
