I have total 15 years experience in IT industry and have worked with reputed Company Dubai Port World – IT DPW UAE Region as IT Project Lead, Data Centre facility & System Engineer, Helpdesk & IT Operations Supervisor and SPARCS (Terminal Operational Systems)-Administration. Having good IT technical, planning and implementation experience, strong customer service attitude, exceptional organizational ability and communication skills.

Having strong background can manage Data Center Facility & Systems Administration as well as in Data Center Virtualization platform, Enterprise Storage, SAN replication, MS Server OS patching management tools & networking (switches, routing, Firewall) and Operational terminal processes TOS for ports in SPARCS.
