My experience in Project Coordination and Document Controlling functions spans more than 7 years. I have worked in some massive projects in Saudi Arabia such as with Archen Engineering Consultants on the project South Border Infrastructure (11 Billion SAR). Archen promoted me as senior Document Controller on the project South Border Housing (17.5 Billion SAR). The details of my responsibilities and accomplishments are outlined on my resume; what I would like to convey here are the underlying traits and abilities indicated through my background:
I am well-versed in a broad range of Project Coordination and Document Controlling functions such as Collating information and compilation of period reports and presentations, Attending meetings as required, taking notes and action points from the meeting, writing minutes of meeting notes and distributing as required. Dealing with Material Submittals, Document Submittals and Drawing Submittals with all disciplines like Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical. Through my experience in these activities, I am able to make quick, well-formed decisions as issues and problems arise.
