Abdul Karim

I am M. Abdul Karim, from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. I have completed M.Sc (Psy), MBA,. and have experience in both field of Psychology as well as Management (HR).I am currently working as Psychologist, Admin and Teaching Faculty Member at Psychological Research Foundation of India (PRFI). My experience in the PRFI has afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with the job profile as you mentioned. I also have extensive experience in HR practice and policy making.
In my position as Psychologist for PRFI, I providing services like to assess psychological tests like 16 PF for identifying personality factors, and all other national and international standardized tests to the company for the recruitment and other applicable areas as I have worked and used in the past (Geo Marine Consultants (P) Ltd) and as Teaching Faculty member for PRFI, I teach the basic concepts of psychology, counselling skills, theoretical knowledge of personality, psychological assessments, to the college students and untrained professions under by Psychological Research Foundation of India.
I also introduced new programs under by Psychological Research Foundation of India such as Geriatric care and elderly assessment programs, Family therapy for providing updated knowledge to the college students.
