Extensive onshore oil & gas as well as oil refining & petrochemicals experience (Refining and Utility Units) in process, design & Operations.
Carried out feasibility studies, Scope of Work, Conceptual Design, GOSP modifications, PreFEED, FEED, Detailed Design, Project Cost Estimation, Units Operations, API & ASME (B31.3), Procurement and Construction and Strart-Up for many existing and new oil and gas projects for Waha Oil Company and Azzawiya oil Refining Company (Libya).
Hands-on experience in all aspects of onshore gas field process engineering including process simulations (HYSYS, Steady state & Dynamic), PIPESYS, FLARENET and ICARUS process simulations (AspenTech), AUTOCAD Software and PIPEFLO (NeoTech), development of PFD's and P&ID's and equipment sizing and specification.
Extensive experience with process and operations of refining units (Crude Topping, Hydrotreating, Naphtha Calytic Cracking (UOP), Isomarisation unit, Refinery revamp project with IFP)LPG, Power Plant (Boilers & Gas Turbines), Sulphur Recovery Unit)Deep hands-on experience of energy and utility systems, steam distribution system, Power Plants , RO water treatment, desalination unit, and oil-gas-water separation, Sulphur Recovery Unit, LPG and NGL plants, gas treating (H2S and CO2 removal) and compression and condensate and stabilization facilities.
